Islam And Nationhood

Most Non Muslims try calling Muslims as Indian, Pakistani or British Muslims. This concept in itself is wrong. Muslims do not believe in anything except nation of Islam. A classic example is Pakistan . Contrary to belief that Muslims were/are discriminated and Islam was being desecrated in pre 1947 days in India it was Islam in action behind the 2 nation theory. The recent incident in Gojra, Pakistan shows what must be happening prior to partition to inflate and rally Muslims behing the 2 nation theory. Even in Pakistan the fight is between Islam and people who do not want to be Islamists. (Dealientation from their culture). An example can be Iqbal, the great poet.

One of the primary reasons of my leaving Islam is this constant alienation from anyone and anything. It can be a train stations name, some Puja festival, someone singing or someone being happy that can trigger the alienation and discrimination button in Muslims. I want to be happy rather than being on this constant verge of unhappiness gifted to me. I want to stop believing that I am any different from the human race. The truth is Muslims cease to be humans. They are told to be Muslims first and last. There is no scope of being a human left.

In Memory of his writings

My journey out of Islam has been doctored by none other than by a Pakistani Mr Anwar Shaikh. He is no more in this world now. But he has left his writings which have been hidden and forgotten in India.

I realised that what he is saying is not wrong. My Kudos to him for showing me true light. I believe in God but a God which is happy with everyone and all the humans. A God which has no enmity with the Pagans or the Christians. I hope my fellow relatives can realise what I realise. Its a small hope. But on hope does world rests.

Daily in and out whether in India or in world we see violent incidents done by my fellow brethren. This is nothing but what Muslims have been made to see and believe since birth. There are violent verses everywhere in Quran and Hadeeths. And the fundamentalists in Islam follow exactly those verses. Their moderate and sanitised versions are just to deceive the others.
The moderate muslims also believe that Islam is best. They will never criticise wrong doings of any fundamentalists but will find justifications to these wrong doings. This is the way of deceipt.

Why I left Islam?

Because I realised that there can be life after Islam. Life which is beyond all religions. Man must be free from religious burden.

I have nothing agains my fellow muslims. I am not like people who are against Islam and want Muslims to leave Islam. I just wanted personal preferences and my personal preference is not Islam.
